What is a health screening and why do I need one?
A health screening is a set of tests that checks your body for early signs of disease, even before symptoms appear. Regular screening helps you catch problems early, when they are easiest to treat.
Do I need to fast before my screening?
Some packages, such as our Basic, Comprehensive and Premium Screenings, require 8-10 hours of fasting beforehand. Our team will let you know when you book so you can prepare.
How long does a health screening appointment take?
Most appointments take between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the package and tests included.
When will I get my results?
Blood test results are usually ready within 3-5 working days. Your doctor will review the results with you and explain what they mean for your health.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead helps us prepare for your visit and reduce your waiting time.
What are your clinic hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 8am to 1pm.
What packages do you offer?
We offer Basic, Comprehensive and Premium Health Screening packages, as well as Special Packages including Women Package, Premarital Package and Allergy Test.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards, DuitNow QR, and most e-wallets for your convenience. If your employer or insurance provider has a panel arrangement with us, simply let our front desk know before your screening so we can process it correctly.
Is health screening covered by insurance or company panels?
Many of our corporate and individual patients use insurance or company medical panels to cover part or all of their screening cost. You may check your insurance coverage with your agent before you visit.
Can elderly family members be screened here?
Yes, we welcome elderly patients, including parents and grandparents. Our team takes the time to explain each test clearly and ensures patients feel comfortable throughout the screening process. Family members can also arrange their health screenings during the same visit for added convenience.
How do I get my lab results explained to me?
Once your results are ready, one of our doctors will walk you through every value in plain language, not just hand you a report. We explain what each number means for your health and recommend next steps if anything needs follow-up.
Is parking available at the clinic?
Yes, there is convenient parking available right outside our clinic at Jalan Setia Tropika 1/15 in Taman Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru. Our location is easy to find and just a short drive from most parts of Johor Bahru.
What is included in an ultrasound scan?
We offer ultrasound scans for the upper abdomen, pelvis, breast, thyroid, scrotum, kidney-ureter-bladder (KUB) and carotid arteries, each designed to check specific organs and conditions.
Do you accept walk-in ultrasound requests?
Yes, though we recommend calling ahead so we can prepare the right equipment and doctor availability for your scan.
Is my personal and medical information kept confidential?
Yes. All patient records and test results are kept strictly confidential in line with our clinic privacy standards.
Can I do a pre-marital health screening here?
Yes, our Premarital Package covers essential blood, infectious disease and imaging tests recommended before marriage.
Do you offer immunization and vaccination services?
Yes, we provide immunization and vaccination services for adults. Contact our clinic to check available vaccines.
How do I pay for my screening?

Do you offer ECG and lung function tests?
Yes, we offer both ECG (electrocardiogram) to check your heart's electrical activity and lung function tests to assess your breathing capacity. Both are quick, non-invasive tests that can be added to any health screening package.
What is included in a body composition analysis?
Our body composition analysis measures your muscle mass, body fat percentage, water content, and visceral fat using a bioelectrical impedance device. It gives you a much clearer picture of your health than the weighing scale alone.
What is functional medicine and how is it different?
Functional medicine looks at the root cause of your symptoms instead of only treating what you feel on the surface. Our doctors review your full health history, lifestyle, and test results together to build a personalised care plan for you.
Do you provide onsite health screening for companies?
